I’m Gem, a Devon wedding celebrant with a love for storytelling, laughter and creating ceremonies that truly reflect you as a couple. My ceremonies are always personal, heartfelt, and full of meaning with plenty of humour along the way! Every word, every smile, every moment is designed to feel like you.
I take time to get to know your story and craft a script that feels nothing short of perfect. Think of your ceremony as the opening chapter to the best day ever. Whether it’s yourwedding or vow renewal, every moment is designed to feel relaxed, enjoyable, and memorable.
My couples are usually modern, easygoing, and non-traditional, the kind of people who want to ditch the formality and focus more on what really matters: celebrating love, laughter, and life together.
Meet John – DJ, Music Lover & Party Starter
My husband John runs City Beats Disco, and with a passion for music that spans decades, John knows exactly how to read a crowd and create an atmosphere where everyone is ready to party.
He’s the friendly face behind the decks, always happy to play your requests. John loves nothing more than bringing people together through music, from your first dance to those “one more song!” moments at the end of the night.
Our son Nathan is also part of the team, bringing his incredible lighting and technical skills to create stunning visual effects that add special touches to your big day.
